As expected, inventory rose 14% to kick off the new year. As of mid-February, at the time of publishing, we are seeing more of these listings going under contract which should close in February and March.
We saw three total sales in January of 2026 to start the new year. Two of those sales were condos in Sandcastle and Lake Park Villas. With 2 of the 3 sales being condos, the median sold price in the neighborhood dropped 19% month over month.
