" The Birk Team was absolutely phenomenal across the board for my home selling process from start (several months in advance) to finish. Each time I’ve met with either Dan or Ben, they have always dressed professionally, which really sets the tone for how you can expect them to conduct themselves. They came and walked through my house in person and thoroughly examined to make sure they could provide me with an accurate price range for selling the home. Then, after examining, they came back and went over detailed comps for my house and what they believed it was worth. They used a professional photographer that captured my home beautifully. They communicated and were completely hands on about showing my home or connecting with buyer agents who showed my home. Ultimately, they even brought me my buyer! I’m so thankful to them. During the home inspection process, they helped me schedule contractors for items I decided to fix in the inspection list from the buyer. I was struggling to find an agent I liked 2000 miles away for my cross country home purchase, and Dan took the time to reach out to his network and find me an amazing agent all the way in Michigan. Above all, I’m selling my home and relocating across the country with 2 small children and my husband was unable to help with any of the process because he’d already relocated. Dan and Ben TOOK CARE OF ME like I was family during a very challenging time for me. I didn’t know them before this process, and I can confidently say I’d recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Particularly from my perspective as a recent seller though, they were A+, 11/10. I will forever be thankful to Dan and Ben for their care in my selling process. Oh and PS, they got me way more for my home than most people are getting for similar in my neighborhood right now. So if you’re strictly a numbers person, there you have it!"
