Through March, The Lakes has had a gradual increase in active listings. This is expected to be the case through May, as that is our peak selling season.
The trends are all positive in The Lakes! The median price/sqft is back above $300. While each month the last two years have been different, the graph shows that the values have remained stable, while other parts of the valley may have decreased in that timeframe. Sales have also been increasing each month and April is looking to be our busiest month yet for sold homes in the neighborhood!
