Inventory in The Lakes of Tempe has remained high throughout the year, however October saw a 15% decrease in months of inventory.
Since April of this year, the number of sales in The Lakes has been fairly stagnant, recording about 2 or 3 closed sales each month. In October, we saw that number jump to 6.
